If approved, you may choose a replacement or a full refund. For non-fault returns, items must be sent back within 14 days at your expense. The item must be unused and shipped with tracking to our Thailand hub. Once received and inspected, we will refund the bag’s price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged.
