This is a fully trackable international airfreight service delivering to more than 200 countries. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Shipping time applies only after the parcel is handed to EMS and does not include any time required for custom production.

Production Timelines for Custom Orders

Faulty Items and Refund Process

The Koh Handwoven Straw Bag is produced through The Straw Bag Company’s nationwide network of Thai women artisans. Our primary base for water hyacinth harvesting and weaving is in Phayao, northern Thailand. This region is the source of our signature material and home to more than 30 full-time female artisans who gather daily to complete orders as part of a structured, cooperative workflow. Phayao remains the hub for all water hyacinth bag production. In other regions such as Nakhon Sawan, Nakhon Si Thammarat, and Phatthalung, our teams focus on crafting seagrass bags using native krajood straw. The krajood bags are completed with hand-stitching by women in village communities across Chiang Mai, where traditional techniques continue through local mentorship and peer training.
