More than 30 full-time female artisans are based here and meet daily to complete orders, maintain quality, and support one another through team-based weaving structures. In the southern provinces of Nakhon Sawan, Phatthalung, and Nakhon Si Thammarat, our focus shifts to the use of local seagrass known as krajood. The intricate hand-stitching and finishing of krajood bags is carried out in village communities in Chiang Mai, where craft techniques are actively passed from senior to younger artisans in a mentorship format.
