Our water hyacinth bags begin in Phayao, northern Thailand, where natural straw is harvested, dried, and woven using time-tested methods. In addition to Phayao, our operations span several provinces including Nakhon Sawan, Phatthalung, and Nakhon Si Thammarat, where teams specialise in seagrass (krajood) bags. Once woven, krajood products are sent to Chiang Mai for detailed hand-stitching and personalised finishing. These final steps take place in rural village environments, where experienced artisans mentor younger women and maintain quality across the line. We currently employ over 80 staff throughout Thailand, covering roles such as harvesting, weaving, stitching, logistics, and team management.
