Most of our weavers work from home or in shared village spaces, which allows them to care for young children, manage household responsibilities, and remain part of their local community while contributing to household income.

We reinvest 15 percent of profits directly back into the artisan communities that produce our bags. We provide financial support for families when material costs are too high up front, ensuring no artisan is forced to stop work due to lack of funds.
