We only ship to countries we consider safe for international delivery. EMS provides secure, fast, and fully trackable service. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Shipping timelines begin after dispatch and do not include the production period for customised bags.

Once EMS completes the international leg, your national postal provider is responsible for final delivery.
